What if there isn't a baby to connect with?

If you're asking this question and wondering whether there's a baby to connect with, then the answer is yes. You've had the thought, felt the nudge, this is enough. If you've found this page, there is a spirit baby who wishes to connect with you. 

What if they blame me or are upset with me? I'm scared they may say something that will upset me. 

Absolutely not! In over 10 years of guiding spirit baby readings, never, ever is there anything but loving messages. All they see you as, is love. The doubts and fears you have are those that have come from other moments in your life where someone has upset or hurt you, and has left you with feelings of 'it's my fault' or, 'I'm not good enough', for example. This call we can explore those thoughts and feelings and you'll hear only loving and encouraging messages from your spirit baby. They may point to areas of healing, or a direct belief that is holding you back, but never will there be a negative message. Sadly it is only people here and our own ego minds that complicate things and have a negative slant.  Be kind, ask if what you fear is the absolute highest truth. And please do book in and we can begin to ease these fears. 

Do I need to prepare anything?

No need to prepare anything specifically. It's always nice to give yourself a bit of time beforehand if you can, to sit with how you're feeling, what you'd like to understand  and any questions you'd like to ask, and what you'd like to gain and experience from our call.  Sometimes this isn't possible and that's ok, I'll be guiding you into a relaxed space, there's no set plan and on the whole spirit baby lead the way! Showing up with an open heart and mind, or just showing up for you is more than enough.
